Every Tenant aged over 18 will be required to complete references before we will grant you a tenancy. Our referencing process is designed to make applying to rent your new home as stress free as possible.

Typically, you will need a gross income of around two and a half times the annual rent. For example, if you are looking at renting a property that costs £1,000 per month, you will need a household income of £30,000 (£1,000 x 12 months x 2.5 = £30,000).

Please do be honest about your circumstances, a poor credit history doesn’t automatically mean you will be declined your application, but failing to disclose this information upfront could. There may be other options available to you such as a guarantor, or payment upfront, if you are concerned about your circumstances please contact us before you place a holding deposit.

During your tenancy there may be maintenance issues that arise, if you reside in one of our Fully Managed properties these can be reported via our website, on the contact page by clicking the report maintenance tab. We have qualified and trusted contractors who are on hand to assess and complete any necessary works, giving you peace of mind throughout your tenancy.
